The Sisterhood Connection
The Sisterhood Connection: providing opportunities to connect with women by discussing topics affecting women. This program is for women ages 18 and older. Real Images hosts discussion forums at a venue in Little Rock on the topics of: women’s roles in romantic relationships, motherhood, community involvement, career, etc. Look at some of our past events here.
The MIRROR Award
The MIRROR Award: providing opportunities to chase a dream. This award is presented once a year in the amount of $1,000 to a young girl who demonstrates a true passion in the areas of: the arts, business, or education. Applicants will also need to demonstrate extreme financial limitations to exercise her passion.
The MIRROR Project
The MIRROR Project (Maintaining Images Reflecting Responsibility, Optimism & Respect): providing opportunities for young girls to evaluate social imagery as it relates to self-esteem. This program is for young girls 17 and under. Topics range from self-image and the media, self-image and relationships, self-image and gender, etc.
Workshops may be conducted by the executive director, board members or designated volunteers upon the request from community organizations or local schools.
