BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is a governing assembly with a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure that the organization does the best work possible in pursuit of its goals. Each member is expected to attend quarterly meetings, serve on at least one committee and make an annual financial contribution at a level specified by the board and executive director.

ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Advisory Council is a non-governing assembly that supports the organization's mission and goals as outlined in its strategic plan. Members are expected to make a contribution annually in some significant way to support the organization, which may include: serving on a committee, providing expert advice, fundraising, facilitating community partnerships, etc.
